Irene is the focal point for resolving critical staff queries She ensures that staff abides by the standard operating procedures when performing tasks and enforces the policies set forth by the Board of Directors She manages the recruitment and Pre-recruitment of new permanent staff, interns and contract staff.
Irene also effects Team building, leadership and supervision of staff in the HR, Finance and Administration Department at New Wave Technologies Ltd as well as ensuring Payroll, benefit and compensation management i.e. ensuring that benefits and salaries are regularized and paid on time.
