Eisah seeks to use Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs) to provide solutions to society’s problems. With daily advances in the broadband telecommunications technology, how does Africa benefit with regard to health, finance, agriculture, education, environment, insurance, transport, government?

Eisah has 10 years hands-on-experience in the IT and software development fields and he is a rising communications professional with working knowledge of several mobile communications systems.

Specialties: Software development, systems design, wireless communications technologies planning and optimization, project management, Mobile applications design.

Irene is the focal point for resolving critical staff queries. She ensures that staff abides by the standard operating procedures when performing tasks and enforces the policies set forth by the Board of Directors She manages the recruitment and Pre-recruitment of new permanent staff, interns and contract staff.

Irene also effects Team building, leadership and supervision of staff in the HR, Finance and Administration Department at New Wave Technologies Ltd as well as ensuring Payroll, benefit and compensation management i.e. ensuring that benefits and salaries are regularized and paid on time.

David is from Kampala and is the Websites Manager for New Wave Technologies Ltd. He completed his studies at Kyambogo University and attained a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He is highly proficient at using web technologies including platforms like Drupal and WordPress.

He has also done web portal maintenance for multiple clients including the Office of the President, UNDP for the Tourism Portal, www.budget.go.ug, the HRAPF website among others His accomplishments include: Training of users by chairing workshop sessions; Implementation of designs; Content development and Report writing. His strengths are hard work, fast delivery, easy listening and positive attitude towards tasks. When not working, he enjoys listening to music, watching movies and playing video games.

Deuson is an impassioned pathfinder committed to shaping the future of technology through innovation and adaptability. With a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Makerere University, he brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to the digital space. Currently serving as Web Manager at New Wave Technologies, Deuson is pivotal in driving web development initiatives and aligning them with evolving tech trends.

His expertise spans multiple frameworks and content management systems, including Yii2, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Drupal, and WordPress. Fluent in programming languages such as PHP, HTML, and CSS, Deuson seamlessly bridges front-end creativity with back-end precision. Whether crafting seamless user experiences or engineering robust web solutions, Deuson continues to push boundaries and empower digital transformation across industries.

FAROUK is a versatile Full Stack Software Developer with a passion for crafting intuitive user experiences through UI/UX design. With expertise in a variety of technologies and tools, I strive to create seamless, responsive, and visually appealing applications that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Zindazed is a software engineer with a diverse skill set encompassing React, Laravel, Flutter, and Figma. With a degree in Software Engineering from Makerere University, Zindazed brings a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge coupled with practical experience in the field.

Marvin is a Software DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in software development, networking, and cloud computing. He is proficient in Flutter, Java, and PHP, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Ndejje University. Marvin is passionate about building scalable solutions and bridging the gap between development and operations.
